This product is suitable for use in foods as an additive.

It can be used as a smoke flavoring for use in red meat, white

meat, snacks, and fast foods, burgers, sausages, rice, dairy, tea,

and salads.

Liquid and concentrated (Spray, bottle, gallon)

Powdered type as flavoring or as smoky salt liquid

based on oil

– Specification of liquid smoke flavoring:

Colour: clear red to Dark brown red

Density: 0.94 -1.05 mg/lit

Flavour and odor: BBQ smoky

B(a)P: lower than 0.1ppb

pH: Acidic

Heavy elements: standard and health

Instructions:

For Liquid form bright red color

Rice in serving: between 1 to 3 sprays on every 50 grams after cooking on the table Kebabs

and fast foods: between 3 to 7 sprays for each Kebab skewer

Sauces and condiments: 5 to 7 sprays for every 100 grams then mix them Butter

and Cheese: 2 to 5 percent of food weight

0.1 to 3% wt/wt of foods
